Maegan seems to win everything she enters. In 2006 she won an electric guitar for being the top fundraiser in the entire 3rd grade. In October she was one of only two students (out of the 94 elementary schools in CMS) to earn a spot on the North Carolina Elementary Honors Chorus. And now Maegan’s done it yet again by winning her school’s 5th grade essay contest. Her prize was to ride in a convertible in the Winter Parade, which occurred this past Saturday.
I’ve been told that Maegan has a good chance of winning her school’s yearbook cover contest too. Maybe I should have Maegan pick out some lottery numbers for me.
