Darah was sick for most of a week last week, and then she was sick again for a few days this week. I took a couple of sick days but Patty took more time off than me to stay home with Darah. Patty’s employer was “not accommodating” and let her go yesterday, making it clear that family could not be the priority. This obviously sucks but I had to mention it.
